Boateng Bannerman’s expertise includes project coordination and data management. He has contributed to nutrition research with both local and international NGOs. He is presently a PhD student at the School of Public Health, University of Ghan. His current doctoral work focuses on adolescent dietary assessment, specifically developing an electronic food atlas for adolescents in the Greater Accra region, Ghana.
