Francis Z. Taabia brings over a decade of expertise in community nutrition, food security, and public health to UG Nkabom. He holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition and possesses a robust foundation in field-based research and stakeholder engagement. Francis has successfully led impactful interventions throughout rural Ghana, with a focus on maternal and child nutrition, sustainable food systems, and policy translation. He has also mentored students, published scholarly articles, and contributed to national nutrition strategies. At NKABOM, he coordinates on-ground activities, engages with communities, and supports training and outreach programs to advance inclusive and sustainable nutrition and agri-food development across Ghana.
